Privacy Policy

Your first name, email address, age, the three photos you upload, and the assessment results generated from them. We do not ask for a phone number. We also collect standard analytics about how the site is used, including the campaign or link that brought you here.

Your photos are used for one purpose: producing your FaceScore Report. They are not sold, not published, and not shared with advertisers.

While you are completing your assessment, your photos stay in your own browser on your device. If you purchase the Complete FaceScore Report, we save your front photo with your report on our private database so the report can be re-opened later, including on another device. That storage is private: your report is reachable only through the unguessable secure link we email you, and the link is not published or indexed anywhere.

Your side-profile photos are never saved to our servers. If you purchase the optional See Your Potential Face™ visualization, your front photo is sent to our image-generation provider to create that image; it is used only to fulfil your request.

A saved front photo is retained only as long as needed to re-display your report, and no longer than 90 days, after which it is automatically removed while your report stays readable. You can delete it sooner at any time from My Report using Delete My Photos, which removes the stored image from our database as well as from this device. Delete My Account deletes your report and photo and removes your name and email from your profile record; we keep only the purchase record we are required to retain for financial and tax purposes, with your email removed. Routine encrypted backups may hold a copy for a short period before they expire.

We do not use customer facial photos for model training, and we do not permit our providers to train their models on them.

Access is limited to the small number of authorized personnel who operate the service, and to infrastructure providers that store or process data on our behalf under contract. Photos are never sent by email, and result emails contain no facial images — only your secure report link.

Payments are processed by Stripe. FaceScore never receives or stores raw card details. We retain only the payment and customer references needed for receipts and support.

You may request access to your data, a copy of it, correction, or deletion. Use Download My Data, Delete My Photos and Delete My Account on the My Report page, or contact us.

If you opt in, we may email you about your results, follow-up offers and healthy-aging content. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Data is stored using encrypted, access-controlled storage. No system is perfectly secure, so we limit what we collect and how long we keep it.
