Privacy Policy

Your first name, email address, age, an optional phone number, the three photos you upload, and the assessment results generated from them. We also collect standard analytics about how the site is used.

Your photos are used for one purpose: producing your FaceAge Report. They are not sold, not published, and not shared with advertisers.

Photos are retained only as long as needed to generate and re-display your report, and no longer than 90 days by default. You can delete them at any time from My Report using Delete My Photos. Deleting your account removes your photos, report and lead record.

We do not use customer facial photos for model training without explicit opt-in consent. Opting in is never required to buy or view your report, and you may withdraw consent at any time.

Access is limited to the small number of authorized personnel who operate the service, and to infrastructure providers that store data on our behalf under contract. Photos are never sent by email, and result emails contain no facial images.

Payments are processed by Stripe. FaceAge never receives or stores raw card details. We retain only the payment and customer references needed for receipts and support.

You may request access to your data, a copy of it, correction, or deletion. Use Download My Data, Delete My Photos and Delete My Account on the My Report page, or contact us.

If you opt in, we may email you about your results, follow-up offers and healthy-aging content. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Data is stored using encrypted, access-controlled storage. No system is perfectly secure, so we limit what we collect and how long we keep it.
